David Felsch

With more than two decades of experience in livestock and rural property sales, David brings extensive industry knowledge, local insight and proven leadership to his role as Principal of Ray White Livestock Dalby.

Beginning his career in Dalby before working across Queensland and the Northern Territory, David developed a broad skill set and strong industry networks through senior agency roles and a diverse range of property and livestock transactions. In 2009, he joined Ray White Rural Katherine, further expanding his experience in large-scale rural operations. In 2020, David and his wife Amy established their own Ray White franchise in Dalby, returning home to raise their family and build a business firmly grounded in the region.

Today, David leads the livestock and rural property sales division of Ray White Livestock Dalby, specialising in stud and commercial livestock, rural property and major industry sales. He is widely recognised for his straightforward approach, calm professionalism and ability to deliver strong outcomes across both local and interstate markets.

David’s commitment to integrity, clear communication and long-term relationships has earned the trust of vendors and buyers alike. He takes pride in providing practical, honest advice and ensuring each sale is conducted with transparency and professionalism.

Outside the business, David enjoys spending time with his family and remaining actively involved in the Western Downs community that continues to support both his work and his passion for rural life.
